DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products — including prayer guides, PDFs, video downloads, and bundled resources — are delivered instantly upon purchase and are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

Due to the nature of digital goods, once downloaded, the product cannot be "returned"

However, if you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase — a corrupted download, a broken link, or missing files — contact us at flexron377@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will ensure you receive your product promptly.
SPIRITUAL CONSULTATION & PRAYER SESSIONS
Our one-on-one sessions are personal, faith-based ministry services. Due to the nature of these sessions:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your session — you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session — refunds are not available, but you may reschedule one time at no additional cost

No-shows — if you do not attend your scheduled session and do not contact us beforehand, the session is forfeited and no refund will be issued
